In short this bill allows the Department of Public Health to impose an administrative monetary penalty against a person who operates a manufactured home community in violation of the Act or Departments Rules. This authorizes the Attorney General to enforce the collection of a monetary penalty. It allows the landlord time to correct the violation and an opportunity for a hearing.
